Couldn't help participating given the theme of this contest — Cute Monsters. Too fun to let it pass!

Here is my contribution to dA's current pool of adorable abominations. I took an embodiment of terror and combined it with the quintessential example of cuteness. All hail the terribly lovable... Cathulhu! :lol:

What sound do you think Cathulhu makes? I imagine something between purring and gurgling :p

5 colors, gradients are halftoned.
Everything drawn in Photoshop, including background texture (using default Natural brushes).

You should think about submitting this to TeeFury or Qwertee or something, since you didn't win (shame on the judges, this was by far MY favourite design... and probably the only one I'd buy)... I know I would buy it if you made it available as a t-shirt. =]

Aw, the fact that you liked it that much already means a lot to me! :D

And actually, I've just been contacted by another company who is interested in producing this design. :) We'll see how that works out! I'll make sure to let you know!
