This photo is dedicated to , one of my very best friends whom I had met when he cosplayed Sasuke years ago. He's our team's Sasuke up to now because for us, there is no one who fits the part better. Over the years, some people have come to see us as brothers (despite the presence of our natural siblings). I know that thought might sound strange to a lot of you, but... well, there's not a lot about us that most people would consider normal. Heh. Ever since we met I have been, in some senses of the word - training my "little brother" - and I'm rather proud of how much he's grown since then.

The sudden urge to do this trial cosplay of young Itachi (from before he joined the Akatsuki) was influenced by the latest chapters of the manga. I finally caught up with the series during my quick vacation after a certain academic battle. I was lying around the house in my old Uchiha shirt and did this in a fit of boredom while resting my eyeballs from being fried by the glare of my computer. _{Mm, radiation.}

No spoilers here. Let me just say that eyeliner is freakin' hard to use. Damn that Itachi and his girly eyes. I think I better stick to cosplaying Naruto. I can relate to him more anyway. Though it might also be fun to reenact Itachi and Sasuke scenes with Miguel *merkymerx. [twitchy fingers] You better hope I don't attempt to pull that certain face that Itachi did. That panel is going to haunt my dreams. Hahaha.

Based on comments I've observed on pieces of Naruto fan art and our other submissions, I know there are some of you who might complain about us cosplaying such an overdone series, or just seeing more Naruto stuff on dA but... Sorry, we're not the type to stop liking something just because it's gotten popular. Just close the window or ignore the thumbnail if you don't want to see it. Takes a lot less effort than typing up a whole comment about how much you don't like it, and complaining won't solve anything. Silly people.
