I chose to portray Light as Kira, the self-proclaimed "God of the New World". The idea to wear wings came from an image of Light from the first opening of the Death Note anime (during the last "sekai woooooo ").

I suppose some of you might have been expecting Ryuk or Rem from the title, but I chose it for the fact that Light tends to act more like a god of death than actual shinigami.


NOTE: I did not make the wings - they were commissioned from a local costume maker; and no, they don't do international orders. _{(Please avoid asking about the price. I'm sorry, but discussing monetary matters always makes me uncomfortable.)}
