The lines are from Nagisa's character song, Sunny Soda Breeze. Judging by his demeanor, I was expecting Nagisa's song to be just full of sparkles and cutesy things because I heard "sunny shiny" and "pikapika". When I really gave it a listen and paid attention to the lyrics, it turned out to be Nagisa singing about how happy he is to be with everyone, being especially thankful about his new bond with Rei and how he hopes to be a good friend as well. I actually got a little weepy JEEZ what is this series doing to my heart.

This photo that we captured during our Iwatobi Swim Club cosplay shoot reminds me of the song, especially with all the golden light. My friends make me feel the same sentiments as Nagisa too
