I had a simple shoot with Kat
just outside my house after we took pictures for our updated cosplay makeup tutorial (as requested by a lot of you guys
). It was kind of funny shooting for the tutorial because we would first do only one side of our face, to show the difference made by eyeliner and stuff. This is one of the shots she got of me after I got the chance to even out my face, hahah.
This was fun, but I'm also looking forward to doing group cosplays and shoots with the whole big happy troop. We're working on something new for next month. I'm very excited about it!
And yeah, I happened to be listening to Foo Fighters while typing this out, hence the title.

After ages and ages of planning to do so, I was finally able to cosplay Alto.
Ever since Macross Frontier came out, I've had people suggesting that I cosplay him. When I got the chance to watch the anime, I figured out why. "Alto-hime". Oh, you guys.
(My hair even used to be like Alto's, only black.)
I did thoroughly enjoy the series, so I had been meaning to do some MF cosplay for a while, but it just kept getting overlapped by other plans. And then one day,
MicCostumes.com asked me to do a review of one of their costumes. I then felt that it was about time to finally give Alto-hime a shot.
