medium: water-based ink on Bristol board

This was something I did for Figure Drawing class. Model used was a statue of Nike of Samothrace.

Sorry, the image is rather small. I'll update this when I get a higher-resolution picture of my drawing.

Its beautifully done, i like it very much, Nike was the Goddess of victory that was always in Athena right hand, some paintings we can see her represented as a shield, as protection, i love it :heart: thank you for sharing such an amazing work :aww:

So i'm very impressed with the amount of control you seem to have with inks... Jealous even. When you apply it do you add it to a location and then pull it along? Or how do you go around blocking in your values? I especially love how you used warmer tones but i am clueless as to how you managed to blend them so well... Kudos. :)
